This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

About Jan Condon
Joy is always there to be found when I paint. Through painting I'm able to search for and express the joy and beauty that I find in the world which is a very therapeutic exercise for me especially during the hardest of times. It's an escape that everyone should be lucky enough to experience. When light hits an object in a certain way, the object sparkles and the colors glow. That is what I search for. The awesome wonders of nature, the innocence of children, humanistic qualities in pets, and the compelling beauty of the ocean are subjects that fascinate me and draw me in. My current medium of choice is acrylics although I have painted in oils and watercolors for many years. Light and color are my primary inspirations. Balancing...
